Useful Information

  • All your accounts at USB Bank have been transferred with the same terms and conditions and there is no need to sign any new documents.
  • For all products and services, the existing pricing will continue to apply. You will be informed in advance in case of any changes.
  • Your account number and IBAN remain the same.
  • The BIC of ex USB Bank remains in effect as is.
  • If you have chequebooks, you may continue using them as before.
  • All your payment orders and direct debits will be executed as before.
  • If you maintain credit facilities with both banks they will, at this stage, remain as is. Your facilities will gradually be reassessed based on the criteria and procedures of AstroBank. You will be informed in due time about any changes.
  • All cards remain valid and can be used as before. In addition, you will be able to use your VISA cards to withdraw cash from all AstroBank ATMs, free of charge.
  • Your ibank access codes and website remain the same. The web address to access the ibank Service remains the same, i.e. www.ibank.com.cy
  • The Customer Service Call Centre number, 22883333, as well as the contact numbers of all ex USB Bank Branches and Departments remain the same.
  • Existing branch locations and customer service times, at this stage, will remain the same. For your existing products and services, please continue to refer to the branches of the ex USB Bank until the full integration of the operations of the two banks.
